Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
Participants must be students enrolled in a recognized educational institution. There are different categories based on age and grade levels; participants must register under the appropriate category. Proof of eligibility may be required.
- Registration:
Participants must complete the registration process and pay the registration fee by the specified deadline. Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizers. Late registrations may be subject to additional fees or may not be accepted.
- Competition Format:
The competition will consist of multiple rounds, including preliminary, semi-final, and final rounds. Participants will be provided with competition materials and instructions at the start of each round. The use of calculators, mobile phones, or other electronic devices is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the competition rules.
- Judging and Scoring:
Judges’ decisions are final and binding. Scoring criteria will be outlined in the competition rules provided to participants. In the event of a tie, tie-breaking procedures specified in the competition rules will be applied.
- Prizes and Awards:
Prizes and awards will be distributed according to the announced categories and criteria. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity to claim their prizes.
- Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and respect towards other participants, judges, and organizers. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or misconduct will result in disqualification. Participants must adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by the organizers at all times.
- Liability:
Matrix Math Olympiad organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in the competition. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation in the competition. In no event shall the liability of Matrix Math Olympiad exceed the registration fee paid by the participant.
- Use of Personal Information:
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the competition. Participants consent to the use of their names, photographs, and competition results for promotional purposes by Matrix Math Olympiad. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except as required by law.
- Modifications:
Matrix Math Olympiad reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the official website or via email. Continued participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
- Governing Law:
